Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Dr. Skin, every consultation, treatment protocol, and skincare prescription is carefully designed based on an individual’s skin type, medical background, diagnostic evaluation, and treatment goals.

We maintain the following policy:

1. Consultations

• Consultation charges are non-refundable once the appointment has been confirmed.
• Patients may reschedule their consultation once within 30 days of the original booking, subject to doctor availability.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

2. Treatments & Procedures

• All the treatment procedures are prepared specifically for each patient and are therefore non-cancellable and non-refundable once scheduled or initiated.
• Advance payments made for procedures are non-refundable.
• Package treatments, once commenced, cannot be refunded or transferred.

3. Appointment Cancellations

• Refunds will be considered only if an appointment or procedure is cancelled by Dr. Skin due to unforeseen medical or operational circumstances.
• Missed appointments, late arrivals, or patient-initiated cancellations are not eligible for refund.

4. Policy Acknowledgment

By booking an appointment, enrolling in a treatment plan, or purchasing skincare products from Dr. Skin (doctorskin.in), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
